What to expect when you do business with us

At Propulsion Web 360, we believe in transparency, collaboration and realistic expectation management. Our mission is to help you grow your business with the best tools in digital marketing, automation and artificial intelligence. But beware: growth doesn't happen overnight. Here's what you need to know before you start:

1. It's a team effort

Success requires cooperation and patience. Our best customers are those who get involved: they respond quickly, provide the right access and actively participate in the process. If your accounts are not yet set up properly (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.), it will take time and your involvement to get off to a good start.

2. The first 90 days are an optimization phase

The first three months are dedicated to setting up systems, training artificial intelligence, testing and fine-tuning strategies. It's a period of exploration and optimization, where we learn what works best for your business reality. It's not a quick fix or a promise of instant results. We build a solid foundation that improves over time, through iteration and constant collaboration. 👉 If you're not prepared to invest a minimum of 3-6 months in the process, it's simply not the right time to work with us. Sustainable success takes time, commitment, and a real willingness to adjust to perform better. We prefer to tell you this up front - to avoid any false expectations.

3. Delays are sometimes unavoidable - on both sides

Delays in responding, sending files or approving certain elements can cause delays in the process. From our side, we always do our best to deliver on time, but there can also be unforeseen internal circumstances. In any case, we'll keep you informed.

4. Content is a shared responsibility

If you don't supply us with your own photos, videos or text, we'll take care of that. We'll do our best to produce quality content - but it may not be exactly to your taste. The more you give us, the better the results.

5. Our pre-built websites are really free

We offer you a professional web structure, optimized for conversions. You pay only for hosting and maintenance. If you want a site tailored to your image, that's possible too - with an additional cost for custom design.

6. Google may make it difficult to create your Google Business Profile (GBP)

Especially if you're a new business with no online presence, Google may ask for additional proof (service invoice, legal documents, etc.). We'll walk you through the process, but sometimes it takes a little longer than expected.

7. Artificial intelligence isn't magic (yet)

AI is being used to automate responses, qualify leads and accelerate your growth. But these tools need to be "trained" with your business reality. So it takes a little time and several adjustments before real efficiency is achieved.

8. Our goal: your growth - but it takes time
