In the case of a 12-month commitment, early termination may incur fees or penalties.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes These GCU are governed by the laws in force at the time of writing. Canada (Quebec). Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
